If for any reason you are not happy with any items purchased, Softech will happily exchange or refund the item within 30 days from the date of purchase provided;

- You have proof of purchase (receipt, credit statement or invoice) 

- The products are returned in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included, unused and undamaged

- The product you are returning is part of our current range

- You return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us; and you bear all costs, such as shipping and insurance, related to the return of the product to us

We strongly recommend that you use registered post for all refund and exchange items as we assume no responsibility for lost items.

Please allow 2 weeks for faulty claims to be fully processed.

Note: Softech can only process returns for items purchased directly from Softech. Please refer any products to the original place of purchase for items not purchased directly from Softech.
