30 Days from purchase on defective construction on all Softboard Products

Your Softech warranty does NOT cover:

- Exposure to excessive heat. Heat can damage the shape and lamination of the board

- Creasing of the deck or the slick 

- Water absorption

- Accidental or forceful damage to the board

- Over-flexed or broken boards

- Damage caused by leashes or other accessories

- Dents or depressions from the rider or foreign objects

- Surfboard print will self-destruct with time and use

- Some sunscreens and lotions MAY affect the print on this board

BOARD CARE

Whilst the boards are made to withstand extreme temperatures, heat in excess of 60 degrees over a long period of time will reverse the lamination properties of the board.  To reduce the likelihood of this occurring:

• Wash with fresh water after use
• Keep out of direct sunlight or hot places
• Store flat in a cool and dry place

Although the board's cores are 100% waterproof, water can still penetrate the layer between the core and the outer skin.  To prevent this from happening: 

• Make sure the fin system is screwed in firmly and that there is no gap between the plug and the deck of the board.
• Any penetration to the board’s outer skin should be fixed/sealed immediately.
